As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 landscape as a health care provider and as an employer, we want to reassure you that we take our infection prevention and control obligations very seriously. As you are aware, our Facility was hit early and hard by COVID-19, affecting staff and residents. Our staff delivered recovery-based treatment and committed to managing the spread of infection. We would like to share that we have not had a resident or staff member test positive for COVID-19 in the Facility since May 1.

We have now learned that one (1) of our former residents tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Although this resident is not currently in the Facility, we are taking every precaution to protect our current residents, staff and visitors.
On March 14, 2020, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services advised of a nationwide restriction on visitation in skilled nursing facilities. Until further notice, we will be following this direction.
